Credits & Payments

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits don't expire
• 10 credits = 1 video processing
• Failed processing attempts may consume credits (this is rare but can happen due to invalid video files)

We don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. We're not liable for any downtime or inability to use the service.
